Delivery

How long is the delivery time

Our usual delivery time is 1 to 3 working days within Sweden. Deliveries to Finland, Denmark, Germany, and Norway normally take a few extra working days depending on the destination and carrier.

What does the shipping cost

Shipping costs 79 SEK within Sweden. For deliveries to Finland, Denmark, Germany, and Norway, the shipping cost is 99 SEK. The exact shipping price is always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We ship to Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Germany, and Norway.

Do you have a physical store

No, we only conduct sales through our web shop.

Can I pick up the goods myself

No, we do not offer pickup at warehouse or office.

Ordering

Can everyone shop with you

Yes, you must be at least 18 years old or have a guardian’s approval to shop with us.

Can I cancel my order

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been packed or sent from our warehouse.

Can I withdraw my purchase

You have 14 days’ right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. Notice of return or exchange must be sent by email to retur@heatnorth.se within the withdrawal period. The buyer pays for the return shipping.

If an item is defective or wrongly delivered, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt. Returns sent with cash on delivery or postage due will not be accepted.

Please note that goods sold by the meter are not covered by the right of return or exchange.

What happens if I do not collect my package

For uncollected packages, we charge a fee of 250 SEK to cover shipping both ways and administrative costs.

We offer payment via Klarna. Available payment options are shown at checkout and may include invoice, installment payment, and card payment depending on country and order.

When will an item be back in stock

If an item is temporarily out of stock, you can follow it via the product page. You will then receive an email as soon as the item is available again.
