Terms of purchase

Introduction

Contracting parties: These terms of purchase, hereinafter called the Terms, apply between Heat North AB with organization number 5594746918, VAT registration number SE559474691801 and VOEC number 3041565, hereinafter called the Seller and referred to as we, our and us, and the person ordering goods, hereinafter called the Customer and referred to as you, your and you, through our webshop, hereinafter called the Webshop. The Customer and the Seller are collectively referred to as the Parties and individually as a Party.

Age limit: When ordering via the Webshop, the Customer certifies that they are at least 18 years old and have the right to enter into binding agreements.

Processing of personal data: When you shop with us, we process your personal data to fulfill the contract, such as delivery and customer service. The processing is carried out in accordance with GDPR. By entering into a contract with us, you consent to us engaging subprocessors as needed according to our privacy policy.

Acceptance of terms: By placing an order, you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them.

Ordering goods

Order: Orders are only accepted via the Webshop. We do not accept orders by phone or email.

User account: Upon completing an order, a user account may be created. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct.

Binding agreement: A purchase agreement arises only when an order confirmation has been sent to you via email.

Electronic communication: By entering into an agreement, you consent to us communicating order confirmation and other necessary information via email.

Prices and delivery

Price: All prices are stated in SEK including VAT unless otherwise stated. The total amount including shipping is shown at checkout. The price at the time of order applies to the purchase.

Delivery time: Normal delivery time is one to four days unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation due to delivery delay: In case of significant delivery delay, the Customer has the right to cancel the purchase. Contact us via info@heatnorth.se.

Shipping: Applicable shipping costs and delivery options are stated at checkout.

Unclaimed packages: For uncollected packages, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 250 SEK.

Payment options

Payment in the Webshop is made via Shopify Payments. Through Shopify Payments, you can pay with the payment methods offered at checkout, such as card payment and other digital payment solutions.

To complete the payment, necessary personal and order information is shared with Shopify and its payment partners. The information is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Shopify's privacy policy.

All payments are made securely and encrypted.

Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal: As a consumer, you have the right of withdrawal from the receipt of the item according to the conditions below.

Regular products: We offer a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.

Sale and promotional products: For products sold as sale or promotion, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the day you receive the item.

Conditions for the right of withdrawal: For the right of withdrawal to apply, the item must be returned in substantially unchanged condition. You have the right to examine the item, but if the item has been handled more extensively than necessary to determine its properties or function, a depreciation deduction may be made.

Notice of withdrawal: If you wish to withdraw your purchase, you must notify us in writing via email to info@heatnorth.se within the withdrawal period.

Return shipping: Return shipping is paid by the customer unless otherwise stated.

Refund: When we have received and inspected the return, we will refund the amount for the returned goods without undue delay, via the same payment method used for the purchase, subject to any depreciation deduction.

Complaint

Right of complaint: You have the right to complain about defects within three years from receipt. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.

For approved complaints, we cover all costs including return shipping. Contact us via info@heatnorth.se.

Reservations and disclaimers

We reserve the right for any typographical errors, incorrect prices, stock discrepancies, and color reproduction. We are not responsible for external links or third-party services.

Force majeure exempts the Parties from liability as long as the circumstance persists.

Intellectual property rights

All content in the Webshop belongs to Heat North AB or our licensors. Material may not be used commercially without written permission.

Changes

We reserve the right to change the Terms as needed. Updated terms are published in the Webshop.

Choice of law and dispute resolution

The terms are interpreted according to Swedish law. Disputes are primarily examined by the National Board for Consumer Complaints and secondly by a general court in Sweden.
