How do I shop

1. Find the item

Use the menus

Select a product group in the top menu and click through the subcategories. Where items are shown, you can click on the item's name or product image to read more. When you are on the product page, order by clicking the Buy button. The quantity is preset to 1; you can change the quantity before adding the item to the shopping cart.

If you use a mobile device, open the menu via the icon with three lines at the top of the page to see product groups and categories.

Use the search function

You can also find an item by typing a search word in the search field and searching. You can search by article number, article name, and article description. You do not need to write the whole word; often part of the search word is enough.

2. Place the item in the shopping cart

When you click Buy, the item goes into your shopping cart. The shopping cart is shown at the top of the page. If you change your mind about an item, you can remove it in the shopping cart or change the quantity and update the shopping cart. If you want to empty the shopping cart, remove the items one by one.

When you are satisfied, click Checkout to continue.

3. At the checkout

Log in or shop as a new customer

If you are already a customer, you can log in with your email address and your password. If you have forgotten the password, you can request a new one by entering your email address and following the instructions.

You can update your customer details at any time when you are logged in.

Payment

We offer payment via Klarna. Available payment options are shown at the checkout.

Shipping

You choose the shipping option at the checkout. Shipping costs 79 kr within Sweden and 99 kr to addresses outside Sweden.

Message to us

You can leave a comment on your order in the message box at the checkout.

Confirm purchase

Click Confirm purchase to complete the order. When the purchase is completed, you will receive an order confirmation on the screen and the same confirmation is sent to your email address.

Customer account

When you shop for the first time, a customer account can be created to save your details and make future purchases easier. If you want us to delete your account after your order is delivered, you can contact customer service by email.
