If you wish to return your goods and avoid any errors, please follow the instructions below.

1. Contact us by email at retur@heatnorth.se.
2. State the reason for the return and your order number.
3. Wait for our reply with information on how to proceed.
4. If you have paid with Klarna, you can log in to Klarna’s app or at Klarna.se and pause your payment until the matter is resolved.
5. We usually respond within 24 hours with return instructions and any return label.
